All our vines are located on the appellation " Muscat de Saint-Jean-de-Minervois ". This one is reserved for the Natural Sweet Wines (VDN) elaborated from the grape variety : Muscat blanc à petits grains.
This is why our other cuvées, which are also grown and produced in Saint-Jean-de-Minervois but which are not Vins Doux Naturels, are respectively in the IGP Pays d'Oc appellation for our dry white wine "Prélude" and in the AOP Minervois appellation for our red wines "Canyon de l'Eglise" and "Chant des Pierres".
