TERROIR

Our vines are located on a very stony, lacustrine limestone plateau at an altitude of 280 to 300 metres. The Muscat de Saint-Jean-de-Minervois appellation is known for producing Vins Doux Naturels d'altitude, marked by freshness and elegant aromas.

WINE MAKING

The vines are over 40 years old and are goblet pruned. No irrigation. Alcoholic fermentation by indigenous yeasts. Vinification is carried out at very low temperature and the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for one year.

TASTING

Beautiful pale yellow colour with golden reflections. On the nose as well as on the palate, we discover notes of white flowers, thyme, verbena and exotic fruits such as lychee. A signature of the estate because of its atypical character, it is an elegant and complex wine that has made the reputation of the estate!

FOOD & WINE PAIRING

Ideal as an aperitif with a blue-veined cheese platter, foie gras or salmon, as an accompaniment to a spicy/Asian or sweet/savoury dish or with a fresh fruit/franchipane-based dessert.
